With a background in professional rugby league Danny brings a competitive, passionate edge to the team, Having worked with some of the highest level performance coaches in the world Dan will get you the results you want quicker than you ever thought possible.

Dan strongly believes the best way to stay motivated with any fitness programme is if you share that journey with a ‘team’ that could be family, friends or your new TEAM here at F45 Applecross.

‘Helping someone explore their physical capabilities and develop those is the greatest part of my role. Teaching people to move better in their every day life through progressive functional movement in a fun environment- What more could you want?!?’
