Scott is a former Wallaby, playing 5 rugby tests and 87 Super rugby games in a professional career spanning 10 years. Scott represented Australia in the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games in Rugby 7′s losing the Bronze Medal game to Fiji.

During his career, Scott completed a degree in Human Movement, Majoring in business management.

A former professional dancer and athletics champion, Katie thrives on living a life dedicated to health, wellness and fitness.

Coaching is a passion of hers that continues to grow everyday. She enjoys motivating and inspiring others to seek a happy, healthy and purposeful life.

Katie holds a Cert. III & IV in Fitness, she specialises in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, group fitness, and one on one personal training.

With a love for life and people, Katie brings a happy vibe and positive energy to the f45 team.

Daniel Grothe /Head Trainer /

A charismatic athlete with a passion for helping others, Daniel brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, skill, and drive to F45 Fitness.

Daniel is a dedicated level 1 strength and conditioning coach, a nutritionist, and also holds Cert. III & IV in Fitness.

He specialises in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, group fitness, and one on one personal training.

The son of a former Rugby League great, Daniel has fitness in his blood. His positive attitude and fun-loving nature make him a popular Fitness Leader with both adults and children alike. He looks forward to helping and motivating all clients to achieve and surpass their training goals.
