With a Degree in Exercise, Sports science and Rehabilitation, Karim brings a broad and detailed range of knowledge to F45 training. Having trained in MMA, Muay Thai kick-boxing, body building and Cross fit, Karim has a vast experience in all different styles of training.

With a strong passion for Health and fitness, understanding of different training styles, Nutrition and Rehabilitation experience, he will get you results!

After experiencing F45 in Sydney, Karim instantly loved the training style and realised the lack of High Intensity training available in Perth. “In this day and age we struggle to find time for anything – A short, sharp 45min HIIT Style training session not only gets you in and out fast, but also ignites your metabolism to burn FAT and build ‘Functional’ Muscle”.
