With a background of State representative swimming and athletics, Tony brings sporting pedigree as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from many years of strength and endurance training to the F45 brand. After spending the past few years competing in Ironman distance triathlon at a high performance level, more recently Tony has taken to coaching athletes to their own high achievements at the same distance. As an accredited Fitness Instructor specialising in Circuit and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), whilst possessing a proficient understanding of nutrition, Tony is well equipped to help all clients in achieving their goals.

After a lifetime of participating in a variety of sports ranging from elite obstacle racing, surfing and touch football, Chela made the switch from being a competitor to a trainer and coach. Her passion for sport and physical activity is a valuable asset in her role as a health and fitness professional. Chela is a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Trainer with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. Her area of expertise is in functional movement which focuses on improving client’s posture and biomechanical movements. Chela also specialises in strength and conditioning training with a focus on power, speed and agility to improve physical performance. She identifies the keys to achieving your fitness goals are through desire and determination. Chela will be there to spur you on to the next level.

Merette Gearin /Trainer / [email protected] /

Merette is a Personal Trainer who has worked at various gyms and schools during her past four years in the fitness industry. Her experience ranges from Strength and Conditioning to all forms of Circuit and Cardio based training. Her most recent role has seen her gain extensive experience with Pre/Post Natal and nutrition. She has worked with all types of clients, from school children to the elderly. Her favourite part of her job is watching people grow, learn and change. Merette’s holistic approach to fitness and health allows people to get the most out of their training and achieve their desired results. “Health and fitness has brought so much to my life, I want others to experience the same and love it the way I do.”

Luke Howard-Smith /Trainer / [email protected] /

Luke has spent the last 14 years working in the family business, reaching a high level of management and had great long term career potential. Though realising his true passion in life was more important and worth chasing, he has given it all up and persued a career in health & fitness. Since losing 22kg in recent years through various forms of exercise such as Kickboxing, weight training, and HIIT Circuit, whilst also incorporating a healthy diet, health and fitness has become a huge part of his life. Luke has completed his Cert 3 and Cert 4 in Personal Training and is dedicated to changing peoples lives and helping them to realise the endless benefits they can achieve through a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
