Bron

Bronwyn - Club Manager/Head Trainer /

Bronwyn brings her high energy, enthusiasm, bright and bubbly personality to provide you with a positive and motivating environment.

Bronwyn has worked on and off in the fitness industry for over 12 years and is a Qualified Personal Trainer as well as being Advanced Performance Boxing accredited and Performance Kettlebell Instructor.

Bronwyn has competed in Figure Fitness. She has won the State & National IFBB Title and also come 3rdin NABBA Nationals in 2008 – so she knows what it takes to get results!

Living and breathing her passion of fitness and nutrition, she takes a very holistic approach towards health. When not in the gym she spends her downtime researching new healthy recipes and testing them out on her partner and friends.

Bronwyn is addicted to the endorphin release that F45 provides and makes it a key part of her training.

 

Rupert

Rupert- Trainer /

With a long history participating in fitness and sporting events ranging from social touch football to marathon running, Rupert brings a wealth of fitness and nutrition knowledge to the F45 Pyrmont team. After being a ‘solo gym go-er’ for several years, Rupert discovered F45 and fell in love with the efficiency and social cohesion of every workout. Since then he has never looked back and seen amazing body transformations that he contributes solely to the intensity of the workouts. His passion and enthusiasm towards life, training and people is infectious and will help you get the most out of every work out whilst making sure you feel a part of the family at F45 Pyrmont.

James brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and energy to F45 Pyrmont and strives to help all members reach their fitness goals.

A qualified personal trainer, James has trained in many disciplines such as Muay Thai, MMA, Sprinting, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting and Bodybuilding. His passion is contagious and he will push you to your limits in every workout. 

In his spare time, James loves to cook, eat, chill with mates and spend time outdoors. 

Fun fact #1: James was a top 100 contestant on Masterchef and can definitely whip up very tasty and healthy dishes. 

 

Katy

Katy - Trainer / [email protected]

Katy Mackay is a personal trainer from Byron Bay with more pizzazz and pow than you can poke a stick at! She loves cycling, swimming, running and competes in triathlons, but is secretly a high intensity exercise junkie with a penchant for swinging, snatching and lifting heavy things – kettlebells!

Katy is a level IV certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Kettlebell Instructor (Australian Institute of Kettlebells), Advanced THUMP Boxing instructor, Schwinn Cycle Instructor and is currently studying Physiotherapy at Macquarie University.
